David Longden is Strategic Business Development Director responsible for solution and project development in the Waste-to-Value business line at Sumitomo SHI FW (SFW). He has 15+ years of experience in market development, business development, sales, and project development for gasification and thermal power plant projects. His career to date has involved working for technology and development companies such as Valmet, ATCO Power and Energos, pre-dominantly in the UK market, but also Malaysia and Germany. He is a pioneer in bringing technology solutions to market and is passionate about the energy transition required to bring us to Net Zero and towards a more sustainable world.
