David Lee is Managing Director of Haifa North America, a leading supplier of specialty plant nutrition, recognized for delivering innovative solutions to growers. David shares his passion for the evolution of agriculture while setting strategic direction and overseeing operations for Haifa in the USA and Canada, since 2018. Prior to Haifa, he held various leadership roles at Mosaic, including Senior Director Supply Chain, Country Manager of Southern Cone based in Argentina and Director of Sales, North America. He was with Mosaic since the company’s launch in 2004. Preceding the formation of Mosaic, David held a series of leadership positions in the U.S. and Brazil with Cargill, Inc. David holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh KATZ School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Illinois. David is married and has four children (ages 18-27). His hobbies include skiing, traveling and dining.
