Dave Caldwell Jr, is President of Caldwell & Johnson Custom Home Builders, a second generation family business founded by his father in 1968 and an NAHB member for over 50 years. Caldwell & Johnson has been a local leader in energy efficient construction since the 1970s, and is now a nationally recognized leader in energy efficient and net zero construction. He received his BA from the University of Rhode Island, MA from Columbia University, and MBA from the University of California, Irvine. Dave served as a commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps from 1998-2006, and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
