Craig is the CEO and a cofounder of Ordo, an open banking enabled e-commerce payments and request to pay service. Ordo was founded in 2018, is backed by Nationwide Building Society Ventures and a number of private investors and has been live since March 2020. Prior to founding Ordo Craig was the chief executive of the Faster Payments Scheme, where he oversaw the opening up of access to the scheme to challenger banks and non-bank PSPs such as Transferwise. Craig was also a founding member of the Payment Systems Regulator’s statutory panel, and a long time member of Ofcom’s Communications Consumer Panel. Prior to Faster Payments Craig was on the UK boards of Vodafone and T-Mobile in commercial, strategy and product roles. He started his career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, and is secretly a graduate in Computer Science.
