I own $200M+ in annual CapEx, with responsibility for capital planning, investment prioritization, business cases, governance, and enterprise delivery across workplace, infrastructure, and specialty environments. I’m known for building and scaling high-performing global delivery organizations, partnering with C-suite and senior leadership on portfolio strategy, and translating business priorities into disciplined, value-driven investment programs. My work spans North America, Europe, and APAC, leading multi-disciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, project management, technology, and security. Previously, I held senior leadership roles supporting Google’s campus expansion at CBRE and leading enterprise capital programs at HSBC, as well as regional leadership positions at JLL, Arup, and other global firms.
