Clare Hickie, Chief Technology Officer, EMEA joined Workday in 2018. She is a passionate leader and tech champion at the intersection of transformation, talent and AI. She serves on the Board of Directors for Workday Limited. Prior to joining Workday, she worked in senior roles for global innovators including GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and General Electric. Clare advocates for greater diversity and inclusion in the workplace, nurtures talent and promotes future generations in STEM through mentorship and leadership, both within and outside of Workday. She was awarded the title of Female CTO of the Year in 2024 by SheCanCode.
