Claire has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry in both the infrastructure and building sectors in Australia and the UK.<br /> <br /> Aside from her day-to-day role as project director, Claire is the sponsor for the Turner &amp; Townsend New South Wales equity, diversity, and inclusion committee. In this role, she champions and supports Turner &amp; Townsend's efforts to become a more diverse and inclusive organisation, raising awareness, celebrating diversity, and driving an inclusive environment. Claire is passionate about making a diversity and inclusion step change and is committed to making this the norm.
