Chris Moore, CEO, has been with DTJ since 1998 and is instrumental in the growth of DTJ’s national and international design practice. He specializes in concept visioning, master planning, and site-specific planning and landscape architecture with a unique ability to blend architecture and landscape architecture into a complete, livable environment. Chris is committed to designing quality residential, resort, and mixed-use places strategically positioned within the market. Chris has contributed to communities across the globe, including China, Russia, Turkey, Eastern Europe, and North and South America. His projects have received notable award recognition, including Visionary Project of the Year Award from Sustainable Land Development, National Arbor Day Award, Colorado American Society of Landscape Architects Awards, and Gold Nugget Grand Award for International On the Boards Ecological Resort Community. His broad portfolio includes distinguished projects at Summerlin, Bridgeland, Centerra, Backcountry at Highlands Ranch, and a variety of mid and small-size projects throughout the US. With deep knowledge and understanding of the residential and resort industry, Chris is a compelling, thoughtful, and insightful speaker. He has presented at many industry venues, including Urban Land Institute, International Builders Show (NAHB), NAHB Design Institute, Future Place, and 50+ Boomers and Beyond Conference.
