I have been with Unilever for over 30 years, I started my career with our HomeCare R+D business before joining Unilever’s Safety and Environmental Assurance Centre (SEAC) function with whom I have been with for over 25 years. My core role for many years in SEAC has been in Environmental Risk Assessment but over the last decade my role extended into business partnering, where I have worked with many categories over the years across our Homecare and Beauty and Personal Care divisions, Co-ordinating safety and sustainability support for new innovations to market. My current role now is as a Safety and Sustainability Leader in SEAC, working with R+D, Brand teams, Regs, Legal, Procurement and our supplier base, driving our Clean Futures and Positive Beauty for People and Planet agenda end to end across the business.
