I’m a fiercely determined optimist and firmly believe people in business can use their power as a force for good. My personal purpose in life is to create space for others and share my energy. I joined Natura &Co in 2022 as the Global Director of Advocacy where I have fun working with a dream team in both Brazil and UK building, implementing and evolving a strategy focussed on where to take a stand in this moment that matters and how to join forces with others to engage in policy and culture change. In addition to my position at Natura &Co, I ‘m also an Executive in Residence at Oxford University’s Said Business School.
