Cecilia Kasperick received her Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of San Diego. After many years working for industry and philanthropic organizations, Cecilia felt called to pursue a career in nursing. In 2007 she returned to the University of San Diego and received her Masters degree in the Science of Nursing, with a double emphasis in leadership & education. She worked in the critical care field for a number of years before pursuing oncology nursing in 2010. In her role as a nurse navigator, Cecilia strives to provide compassionate care and education to patients newly diagnosed with breast cancer. She is actively involved with interdisciplinary process improvement projects and facilitates a number of support groups and community outreach programs.
