<p>Cathryn Jones, a Projects Director, has been with SYSTRA Ltd for 11 years and has worked in the public transport industry since 1991, both in the private and public sectors, predominately within bus and coach operations.</p> <p>She is a highly experienced project manager who has successfully delivered a wide variety of major projects including concessionary travel, commercial ticketing, front end customer web interfaces and ticketing systems.</p> <p>Currently working on projects to deliver innovative smart ticketing solutions in the UK and internationally, including Account Based Ticketing for the Regional Transport Authority in Dubai and the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority in the UK, providing technical advice and delivery management.</p>
