<p>Catherine has over 20 years’ experience as a care leader working with older adults, people with learning disabilities, and those with complex challenging behaviour. She has turned around failing teams, built high performing teams and led business expansions. Her passion for putting people first and valuing both care workers and the people they support led her to taking on a role with BelleVie and their Buurtzorg-inspired self-managing teams. Catherine has been Leading BelleVie's North East region since the start of 2022.</p>
