Prof. Dr. Caroline Pot is a clinician-scientist and head of the Neuroimmunology Unit and Multiple Sclerosis Center at the Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV). She completed her neurology training at the Geneva University Hospitals (HUG), Switzerland, while pursuing academic research. She obtained her MD thesis at the University of Zurich and subsequently completed a research fellowship in neuroimmunology at Harvard Medical School in Boston, USA. In 2015, she joined the Department of Clinical Neurosciences at the CHUV, where she was awarded a Swiss National Science Foundation Professorship and later appointed Associate Professor. In addition to her clinical and academic responsibilities, Prof. Dr. Caroline Pot currently serves as President of the Swiss Neurological Society (SNS), the national professional organization representing neurologists, as well as physicians training to become neurology specialists in Switzerland.
