His work addresses global challenges like the learning crisis, gender equality, and the inclusion of children with disabilities.</p> <p>An innovation leader with over a decade of experience, Carlos has worked with multinational corporations and international organisations, including DELL-EMC, CMI Foods and the UN World Food Programme Innovation Accelerator, across the USA, Latin America, and Europe.<br /> He is trained as an engineer and holds an MBA from Syracuse University and an Executive Degree in Innovation from MIT.</p>
