<p>Following 26+ years of service as a soldier, officer and prolific leader in the British Army, Bruce Morrison decided he needed a new challenge. He followed his heart into education, obtaining his PGCE while working as a business college lecturer. He quickly became the CMI Programme Director, overseeing the curriculum delivery across 20 courses. It’s here that Bruce found his passion, inspiring him to embark on a Doctorate in Education, which he is currently completing. He aspires to assist the British Government and Further Education sector on future implementation strategies.</p>
