Brad leads Allegion’s global Overtur™ business, which delivers a digital environment that enables stakeholders to connect and collaborate more efficiently across the design, construction and operation of openings. Under his leadership, Overtur™ has advanced Allegion’s digital transformation by enhancing coordination, transparency and value for customers and partners. He is widely recognized for his expertise in electronic security solutions and his collaborative leadership approach, which emphasizes cross-functional alignment and customer-centric innovation. Brad has been featured in leading industry publications including SourceSecurity, SDM Magazine and SecurityInfoWatch, where he has shared insights on emerging trends and the future of connected security. Brad has held numerous senior leadership roles at Allegion, including Senior Director of Solutions, Chief of Staff, Director of Field Marketing and Training, Director of Channel Integrator Business, Business Leader for Commercial Electronics Americas, and Electronics Portfolio Manager. His diverse experience across strategy, operations, marketing, and product leadership has provided him with a comprehensive perspective on the evolving security landscape. Brad holds undergraduate degrees in Engineering and Business from Virginia Tech and earned his MBA from Indiana University.
