I currently lead IHG Hotels & Resorts' F+B design, facility planning, and pre-opening support for both renovations and pipeline hotels across South East Asia and Korea, Japan, Australasia, and Pacific regions, with a primary focus on luxury and lifestyle projects. I have a proven track record of driving innovation, strategic business decisions, and operational excellence to achieve brand-defining F+B venues and results. I have extensive hands-on knowledge of P&L management, restaurant and bar development, concept and planning, and guest satisfaction.
