<p>Berni Yates has been an instrumental figure of British fashion for the last 25 years. Through her work in Fashion Education as change maker for inclusivity and Social Justice and Knowledge Exchange at Central Saint Martins and as an education consultant working with grass roots organisations and emerging talents across the UK and more recently in the Northeast.&nbsp;</p> <p>She has dedicated her career to supporting access to arts education for first generation and young people from lower income backgrounds.</p> <p>She now leads on Knowledge Exchange for the Fashion Programmes at Central Saint Martins.</p> <p>Yates plays a crucial role in helping young people locate their potential within fashion and the broader creative arts, and is passinate about establishing sustainable eco systems for emerging talent in the UK.</p>
