Ayuna was appointed Head of Europe, Primary Markets in 2018, after holding senior roles across CIS and Emerging Markets since 2009. She has led numerous international IPOs and London Stock Exchange listings across sectors including Energy, Technology, Consumer, Fintech, and Metals & Mining. Outside LSEG, she served on TheCityUK’s EMEA Market Advisory Group and International Trade and Investment Group (2021–2024). Ayuna holds a Master’s in International Business from Grenoble Graduate School of Business and was named in Management Today’s 35 Under 35 Women in Management (2017), as well as shortlisted for the Asian Women of Achievement Award (2018).
