Mr. Evernham is assigned as a Regional Advisor with the ISC within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency (CISA) under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). In this position, he provides guidance to federal departments and agencies on implementation of federal facility risk management standards. Prior to accepting his current position, he was assigned to the ISC program office as a Senior Security Specialist where he played key roles in the development of security standards, policies, guidelines and best practices to protect federal facilities, employees and the visiting public. Prior to joining the ISC, he served with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) as a Western Region Antiterrorism Officer responsible for managing security programs at facilities throughout 12 states and U.S. territories. Before transitioning to civilian service, Mr. Evernham had a military career spanning 24 years with service in the U.S. Navy, Army National Guard and Air National Guard.
