Anja has been the automatization manager of the accounting department of ECE since 2021. In more than 20 years in the financial industry, Anja was able to gain experience in diverse sectors and further expand her knowledge. As a finance enthusiast, her passion is the harmonization, standardization,and automatization of processes. She started working for ECE in 2015 and was able to co-design and establish processes for accounting as a member of the SAP introductory project. Today her main focus is on setting new impulses towards further optimization of existing accounting processes as well as evolving and improving them through technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA). With each optimization, it is her priority to always achieve additional value for the company as well as an increase in efficiency, but mainly not to lose track of the human factor and to guide her colleagues through this digital journey.
