Dr. Angel Arnaout is a Breast Surgical Oncologist at the Ottawa Hospital, Associate Professor at the University of Ottawa, Associate Scientist at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute, and Medical Director of the Breast Health Center in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
