Andrew joined Lloyds Banking Group as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer in December 2018, taking on responsibility for internal and external communications, reputation management and public affairs. In October 2023 Andrew also took on the role of Chief Sustainability Officer responsible for shaping the Group’s approach to environmental sustainability and responsible business. Andrew is a proud Executive Ally of LBG's Rainbow Network supporting and celebrating the LGBTQ+ community in the workplace. Prior to Lloyds, Andrew was Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Financial Services for the Strategic Communications segment of FTI Consulting. In that role he acted as a senior counsellor to Governments, leading financial institutions and global corporations on a wide range of communications activity. He joined FTI Consulting in 2005 from Morgan Stanley in New York where he had been Vice-President of corporate communications for that firm's global investment banking business, having previously held a similar role in London for the European business. Andrew is a graduate in law from Cambridge University (MA).
