Dr. Andrew Parker is Executive Vice President of Hydrocarbons and Sustainability with SPL. He holds a B.A. in Geology from the University of Colorado-Boulder and a Ph.D. in Oceanography from Texas A&M University. He serves as chair of GPA Midstream's GHG Measurement and Abatement Committee and is a member of the American Petroleum Institute's ESG Reporting Subcommittee.
