Amy is a VP within Marsh&rsquo;s Crisis and Resilience team based in London, where she leads the reputation risk management specialism. She uniquely blends PR industry expertise, with a deep understanding of organisational resilience, to help clients mitigate, prepare for and navigate reputational risk. Where crises emerge, she supports on communications strategy and implementation across the full spectrum of internal and external stakeholders. Prior to Marsh, she held crisis communications roles at multiple PR firms, including Edelman. In these roles, she guided clients through complex media investigations from the likes of The Daily Mail, Sunday Times and Newsnight.
