As a Trust Training and Inclusion Lead at Chiltern Learning Trust, I leverage my experience in education to provide training, CPD, keynotes, workshops, and support to schools and organisations across the country. My areas of specialisation include Adaptive Teaching, teaching and learning strategies including differentiation, stretch and challenge, and the effective behaviour for learning in the classroom, particularly for low prior attaining learners. I am also the co-founder and trustee of #BAMEed, a national initiative aimed at helping Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic teachers into education or senior leadership positions. Through my work, I strive to create inclusive and diverse learning environments that cater to the needs of all students. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise with others and contributing to the advancement of education.
