Amanda has 10 years of experience analyzing US energy and petrochemical sectors. She has covered everything along the supply chain from the well-level productivity of US tight oil plays to pipeline infrastructure to the petrochemicals and refined products that make modern life possible. Amanda leads the ICIS Base Oils Americas team to produce data-driven weekly insight and pricing intelligence. Before joining ICIS, Amanda worked for an upstream oil and gas consultancy and various Louisiana and Kansas newspapers. She has 25 years of journalism leadership experience. Amanda also draws on extensive data-driven storytelling and visualization experience to inform her work at ICIS.
