Allison Lucas has more than 25 years of legal and business experience across the technology, retail, and media sectors, spanning both pre-IPO startups and large public companies. She is currently Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Gap Inc., where she oversees day-to-day legal and compliance operations across Gap’s four brands: Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta. Before joining Gap, Allison was a Director at Meta, where she sat on both the policy and legal leadership teams. On the policy side, she oversaw Meta’s business and advertising policies; on the legal side, she led product support for policy, product, engineering, and business teams, covering areas including the ads business, developer platform, and sales. Earlier in her career, Allison was General Counsel at BuzzFeed, where she served as the company’s first in-house attorney and built out a global legal team.
