<p>Allison is a recognised sector leader with expertise in social sustainability and ESG advisory, including in Social Impact Assessment, Social Sustainability Strategies and Frameworks, and Social Infrastructure Planning.</p> <p>She has delivered Social Impact Assessments, Health Impact Assessments and related social and housing studies and strategies for a range of state significant projects and precincts, including for the Central Precinct Renewal Program for Transport for NSW, and Sydney Metro West &ndash; for the rail corridor and station precincts therein. Her SIA for SMW (Concept, Stage 1 and 2, and OSDs) was the first to be delivered under NSW DPE&rsquo;s SIA Guideline 2021. She subsequently delivered the Social Infrastructure Study for all precincts.</p> <p>Allison&rsquo;s work in the property and infrastructure sectors includes housing; mixed-use precincts; transport; health; education; cultural, and renewable energy infrastructure. SIAs for NSW Government include for the Powerhouse Parramatta and Ultimo, Sydney Football Stadium, and various schools and hospitals. Key precincts include UNSW Health Hub; UOW Innovation Quarter (Lendlease); Harbourside (Mirvac), and Cockle Bay (GPT/ AMP).</p>
