Aleksandra Sagan – lawyer and food law expert at Food Law | Centre for Food and Product Law. She specializes in comprehensive legal advisory services for entrepreneurs from the food sector, particularly in the area of regulations concerning dietary supplements. She supports clients at every stage of bringing products to market – from assessing composition and product classification, through labeling and notification, to compliant marketing communication and advertising. Before joining the Food Law team, she gained experience at one of the renowned international law firms, where she advised domestic and foreign entities from the Life Sciences sector. She worked on regulatory issues related to medicinal products, medical devices, and cosmetic products, supporting companies in safely and lawfully introducing products to the market. She also developed her experience as an in-house lawyer at a company managing the largest pharmacy chain in Poland, which allowed her to combine the perspective of a legal advisor with a practical understanding of how the market operates.
