Aimiel Casillan is a licensed, board-certified genetic counselor at Valley Children's Healthcare with a focus in reproductive and cardiovascular genetics. She obtained her Master's of Science in Genetic Counseling at the Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. As a clinician, she provides genetic counseling to individuals with high-risk pregnancies and to patients and families with inherited cardiovascular disease. Her research interests include pharmacogenomics and implementation of accessible genomic educational materials.
