<p>Adrian Varma is an accomplished leader across Customer Strategy and Proposition Design, Digital Innovation, and Business Transformation, with over 16 years&rsquo; experience.</p> <p>Adrian joined LNER to support the business with change and transformation plans. Supporting the business vision to be the most loved, progressive, and responsible way to travel, for generations to come. During his time, Adrian has helped shape the Digital Blueprint (five-year digital roadmap), to help to bring LNER&rsquo;s future into focus, and implemented the Innovation Operating Model. Adrian is currently working with the business leadership team to create and manage the Business Transformation portfolio &ndash; to stretch plans outside of the year to year, focusing instead on a five-year view.</p> <p>Adrian is obsession with problems to be solved, and is constantly looking at emerging technologies, innovative solutions, and new approaches to challenges, and scoping future macro and consumer trends.</p> <p>Adrian is passionate about mobility and the transformative effect it will bring to &lsquo;how we get about&rsquo; in the UK and beyond. This summer LNER will be launching a best-in-class mobility proposition which has been a work in progress for the past 18 months and will be the first rail Maas Solution in the UK. Adrian will give an overview of why LNER developed this solution for the industry, the impact they intend to deliver, and its transformative effect on how they operate.</p> <p>Above all, Adrian believes in having fun, motivating others, and always enjoying the challenge.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
