Sarah Manning has spent over 25 years shaping how the world's best retailers present their products — from the windows of Harrods, Selfridges and Harvey Nichols to the shop floors of Marks & Spencer. After launching her own VM consultancy in 2006, she now works with retailers and businesses of all sizes to create displays and store environments that don't just look beautiful — they sell. Sarah also teaches Visual Merchandising at University of the Arts London, including the London College of Fashion and Central Saint Martins - bringing real industry expertise into the room wherever she goes.

Ami Rabheru helps independent, founder-led brands unlock growth and succeed in retail. Drawing on 20+ years as a retail buyer for household names including M&S, Next, and Tesco, she now supports businesses to start, grow, and scale with confidence. Through Retail Huddle, she provides mentoring, workshops, and community support, giving founders the tools and know-how to thrive in a competitive market. Her newest venture, co.lective, takes that mission further, creating a pop-up retail destination at Westfield White City where next-gen brands go from URL to IRL. It’s retail reimagined: conscious, collaborative, and community-first, designed to give emerging brands visibility, credibility, and unforgettable customer connections.
