A new, under-construction 82-acre festival and fair campus located in West Jacksonville. The site, situated at 13601 Normandy Blvd, is anchored by a 40,000 sq ft indoor expo space (Duval Hall) and includes an amphitheater, designed to replace the downtown fairgrounds for the Greater Jacksonville Agricultural Fair.
