Bio

Alan is a London based photographer who specialises in black and white photography. His work is often abstract and incorporates elements of surrealism, geometry, high contrast and the realities and diversities of human life. He co-founded the Street Photography International Collective (SPi). It was set up to promote the best work in the genre, and to give a platform to talented yet unrepresented photographers. Alan has managed to build a large following on Instagram and YouTube. In 2025, he founded the photography Sharing app called Irys. Built with the photography community in mind the app is designed to create a quieter space for photography with no advertising and follower counts just great photography. Alan will be talking about his career and photography style and how he has build his following. He will also talk about how he came to launch Irys and the concept behind it.

Bio

Scarlet Page is a British photographer known for her intimate, documentary approach to music and portrait photography. After studying photography in the early ’90s, she quickly built a reputation for honest, instinctive work, touring the US with Lollapalooza in 1994 and contributing imagery to The Verve’s A Northern Soul soon after. Her career has since spanned decades at the heart of the music industry, working closely with artists including Robbie Williams, Placebo, The Rolling Stones, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Stereophonics and The Darkness. Her photographs have been used for album artwork, touring campaigns, books and fine art prints, and she continues to be commissioned by major record labels worldwide. Alongside music, Scarlet photographs authors, cultural figures and business leaders, and works extensively with festivals, charities and editorial clients. She is a Nikon Ambassador, a winner of the British Journal of Photography’s Portrait of Britain, and a judge for the Abbey Road Music Photography Awards. Her archive-driven practice and limited edition prints have gained growing attention in recent years, alongside exhibitions in the UK and internationally. In 2025 she released EXPOSED: Three Years With Placebo, with the deluxe edition selling out within minutes.
