<p>As an Architect and Designer, Tim is passionate about creating authentic experiences centred around cultural spirit and personality. He brings his knowledge across different sectors, including hospitality, residential and workplace, to design buildings and spaces that reflect holistic contemporary lifestyle needs and desires. Tim firmly believes that successfully designed buildings and spaces should be fundamentally at ease with themselves in a way that is tangible to their users and always have a sense of place and aspiration.</p> <p>Tim puts these principles into practice by directly leading a number of projects, large and small, at home and abroad. He has a particular interest in the reuse of existing buildings both from cultural and environmental sustainability perspectives but has also been very influenced by his work in Japan, where the elegance of simple ideas is so valued. Tim joined Conran and Partners in 1997 and the board in 2008. As a Principal, Tim jointly leads the practice and its overall strategic direction through its UK and Hong Kong studios.</p>

In her roles as Director and Chief Operating Officer, Labour: Women in Tech; Vice Chair, Women in Climate Tech; Women's Officer for the Fabian Society Environment Network and City Lead for Women and Climate, she campaigns for carbon-neutral regulation and pushes for industry innovations that see that effort through. Having worked with clients spanning 5 continents in 30 countries, Emily combines her experience as a seasoned industry research analyst, product marketing and branding specialist with her passion for creative content development when approaching new projects. In the day-to-day, she works at Antenna Group as Senior Director, Strategy & Research to position climate technology companies within an ever-expanding market. Emily has ghost-written content for The New Yorker, TechCrunch, Forbes, Cleantechnica, Smart Cities Dive and Automotive News, and secured client mentions across a number of publications, including: Bloomberg, Axios, The New York Times, TechCrunch, Financial Times, NBC and CNN. In her spare time, Emily volunteers as a mentor for Labour in Communications IMPACT scheme, OkMentor and I Have a Voice among other charities and gets involved with local politics. <p>Sally is a lecturer in Fashion Marketing at Leeds Arts University and final year PhD student. She has a design consultancy exploring colour, material, trend forecasting with a focus on its use in fashion, textiles, interiors and architecture. Sally has an MA in Textiles and a BA Hons in Textile Design and worked for a London based international trend consultancy as a colour trend consultant and features editor prior to establishing her freelance business in 2014. Sally continues to write editorial content, focusing on colour and materials. She works with clients to establish new collections, create trend tools, as well as providing research and curation for trade events. Her research interests include how trend information is used, colour forecasting, and the role of machine learning in colour analysis for design outcomes.</p>

Grant has been editor of Blueprint and Crafts, deputy editor of FX, and acting executive editor of the RIBA Journal. In 2019, he launched the critically acclaimed podcast, Material Matters with Grant Gibson. Three years later the show was transformed into a new fair at Bargehouse, Oxo Tower Wharf. In 2025, a version launched in Copenhagen. Grant was made an honorary fellow of the Royal College of Art in 2011 and is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.</p>

<p>With over 10 years’ experience of working in the built environment sector, Alexander Matthams is an inclusive environments consultant and an accredited National Register of Access Consultants (NRAC) member with a wide ranging project portfolio from stadia to museum and residential to commercial developments across all RIBA Stages. Alexander provides expert advice and acts as a key advisory within the built environment to ensure the highest levels of inclusive design and accessibility can be incorporated, whether this being getting the fundamentals of accessible design correct to providing advice of how creating sensory friendly and neuro-inclusive environments. Alexander sits on the Ebbsfleet Design Forum acting as a key panel members championing inclusive design for the new Ebbsfleet Garden City development and also volunteers as an Access Panel member for the City of London Access Group providing feedback on new projects within the City of London.</p>
