Andreas Schnall, co-founder and Managing Director of FORLIANCE GmbH, is an accomplished forest scientist with extensive experience in forest and agroforestry projects in diverse climates since 2009. His expertise spans forest management, carbon certification, and FSC certifications across Latin America, Africa, and South East Asia. At the helm of FORLIANCE and as a co-founder of Re-Spire GmbH in 2021, Andreas has played a key role in developing one of the first three Gold Standard certified reforestation projects. His commitment to high-quality standards underscores his significant contributions to the field of sustainable forestry and climate-resilient projects.

Andrew Hagger is Head of Climate Change and Sustainability for Wandsworth Council, leading the development and delivery of climate action across the borough to achieve Wandsworth's target of being net zero target by 2043. Andrew has worked in local government for over 15 years in South Wales and London, with a background in policy, governance, health and social care as well as climate and sustainability. Andrew is passionate about local government’s role in delivering climate action for residents and communities and the potential for climate action as a new and innovative area of work that can help shape communities for the better.

Andrea's mission is to provide actionable insights about climate technologies to decision-makers and policymakers in order to speed up the transition to a more sustainable economy. As co-founder and CTO of Net Zero Insights, Andrea utilizes his experience in quantitative finance and programming to develop the data infrastructure behind the Net0 Platform. The Net0 Platform allows market practitioners to navigate the most comprehensive database of climate tech startups and SMEs, to stay up-to-date on the latest innovation, trends, and deals in the climate tech industry. Andrea's prior international professional experience as a Quantitative Risk Analyst at Morgan Stanley prepared him to understand the role and needs of the finance industry in the transition to a Net Zero economy.

Andrew has over 25 years of experience in the energy and utility sector. He leads the Carbon Trust’s Energy Transition advisory services globally, heading several initiatives spanning coal asset transition, hydrogen and grid development. Andrew is a champion of whole systems thinking and a thought leader in the energy transition field, leading seminal analysis including the ‘Flexibility in Great Britain’ report that considered the wider value unlocked by taking a systems approach across heat, transport and power sectors to reach net zero. Before the Carbon Trust, Andrew spent 16 years with E.ON serving in many senior strategy and innovation roles in the UK, Germany and Europe.

Andrew is the founder and driving force behind CATAGEN, a successful spin-out from Queen’s University, Belfast (QUB). Completing a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Automotive Catalysis, he leveraged his expertise to establish the CATAGEN business. During his time at QUB, Andrew collaborated closely with Professor Roy Douglas, pioneering a ground-breaking and cost-effective method for testing catalytic converters, crucial for cleaning up tailpipe emissions. CATAGEN initially focused on supplying test equipment to two major vehicle manufacturers. Building on this success, Dr Woods spearheaded a significant research and development initiative aimed at scaling the technology for broader applications and in 2017, Andrew launched a service-based business model, leading to remarkable growth for CATAGEN. The company’s rapid expansion earned recognition from Deloitte naming CATAGEN one of Ireland’s fastest growing businesses in 2019, 2020 and 2023. CATAGEN also stood as Northern Ireland representative on Tech Nation’s Net Zero Cohort in 2021 and 2022. In 2019 Andrew developed a highly scalable and disruptive business strategy based on learnings he accumulated in entrepreneurship development courses at MIT and Stanford Universities. As a result, and utilising the team’s ingenuity, talent, and united sense of purpose to ‘clean and decarbonise the air’, CATAGEN developed ClimaHtech - 5 cutting-edge Net Zero technologies - and has won 7 UK Government Funding Awards from Department of Energy Security and Net Zero. These advancements include renewable hydrogen production, e-Fuel production, carbon capture and hydrogen compression technologies. These significantly disruptive technologies have put the company on a path to be a truly scalable, global net zero technologies company that has true impact on climate targets. In recognition of Andrew’s success, he is a finalist in EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2023.

Andrew has over 30 years financial service industry experience, including running Watt Money since early 2003. He is an active family man with keen interest in sport and current affairs. Trustee of Molly Watt Trust and has been involved in charity field since 1996 helping raise over £100,000 so far.

Ashley Austin is the director of Evolution Dome, which specialises in designing and manufacturing temporary inflatable structures for sale and hire worldwide. Founded by Austin, over ten years ago, Evolution Dome has provided structures for a wide range of events including, exhibitions, brand activations, conferences and corporate events. Austin believes that industry change must start internally and has made sustainability a top priority for the Evolution Dome brand, regularly investing in the development of its solar and storage capabilities along with design, manufacture, and delivery elements within the business.

Audrey is a highly influential Trainer and Relationship Coach with a natural ability for unlocking the potential in individuals and organisations. With over 20 years’ experience in leadership development, she brings a depth of insight and a results-driven approach to her work. Prior to launching her coaching practice in 2005, Audrey held a senior role at the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), where she served as an Operations Manager leading a large team of advisors. This experience equipped her with a deep understanding of high-performance culture and operational excellence. Audrey also volunteered as a Panel Member with the Havering Youth Justice Service supporting young people to turn their lives around. Today, Audrey consults with a range of organisations, partnering with frontline managers to help them grow into confident, effective leaders. Her expertise lies in attitudinal thinking, and she is passionate about empowering others to bring their best selves forward both professionally and personally.
