Christoph Ebert has been a committed advocate of electric mobility for fifteen years and has extensive experience in developing and scaling e-mobility solutions. Before joining E.ON in 2018, he led one of Bavaria's pilot projects for electric mobility and expanded its reach into the tourism sector. Since then, as Managing Director of Drive Germany GmbH, he has been driving forward initiatives related to sustainability and e-mobility in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland on behalf of E.ON.

Ståle Frydenlund is a Senior Advisor / Test Manager at the Norwegian EV Association, and one of the longest serving members of the staff. Since 2013 he has developed a high level of expertise within most aspects of the transition to electric carswhen it comes to cars, charging and tech in general.

Dr Gauch is an energy technology analyst at the International Energy Agency in Paris. He is working across multiple transport topics such as electric vehicles, aviation and shipping as well as on technology innovation. For the IEA's latest Global Electric Vehicle Outlook 2026 he was the principal author on technology topics including vehicle-to-grid and autonomous vehicles. He has also contributed to the IEA's Energy Technology Perspectives, State of Energy Innovation and Global Hydrogen Review publications. Before joining the IEA, he worked as a researcher at the University of Cambridge, where he developed tools for efficient early-stage building design and was a lecturer on transport decarbonisation. Hannes holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology as well as a PhD from Imperial College London in Aeronautical Engineering.

Paul Pschierer-Barnfather is the EV Charging Solutions Expert for Zaptec, a Norwegian chargepoint manufacturer. With 30 years of experience in the electricity industry, he currently leads Zaptec's vehicle-to-grid development programme, and is also Acting Chair of the BEAMA Electric Transport Systems Technical Committee.

Prof. Dr. Alexander Kressner is a professor of Logistics and Supply Chain Management at DHBW Stuttgart, where he specializes in the electrification of commercial vehicle fleets, AI-based fleet and charging infrastructure optimization, and supply chain digitalization. He holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Operations Research & Supply Chain Management from the University of Hohenheim, where he also completed his doctorate. Before entering academia, Kressner spent five years at Mercedes-Benz AG - first as a Data Science & Operations Research expert and later as a manager driving digitalization projects in logistics - giving him deep industry insight into the practical challenges of fleet transformation. Since joining DHBW Stuttgart in 2021, he has built a research focus on the real-world transition to zero-emission logistics, combining machine learning with operations research to model optimal e-fleet configurations and charging infrastructure deployment. Kressner is also the organizer of practitioner-oriented conferences on fleet electrification that attract significant industry interest, bringing together fleet operators, energy providers, and charging infrastructure companies to share strategies and lessons learned from the field. He is a member of the Bundesvereinigung Logistik (BVL).

Raphaël Héliot is Senior Policy Manager at E-Mobility Europe - the trade association uniting the entire European e-mobility ecosystem. Within his work, he advocates for the promotion of legislative and non-legislative European initiatives which aim at supporting the deployment of e-mobility. He is also involved in several expert groups/ forums of the European Commission (EAFO, Sustainable Transport Forum, etc) where he leads the work on charging infrastructure's deployment, EV's roll out and more sectoral issues including fire safety, skills, grid and urban mobility. Prior to that, Raphaël Héliot has worked in consultancies on transport related topics.

Alexandra is a specialist on the behavior, attitudes, and experiences of EV drivers. She is responsible for both administration, analysis and presentation of the Norwegian EV Association's EV driver survey, as well as the Global EV Driver Survey. Other areas of expertise include statistics on EV sales, charging infrastructure, as well as the climatic and environmental impact of transportation.Alexandra has a master's degree in Economics from the University of Oslo, with her thesis focusing on road pricing.

Robert began his automotive career after earning a degree in electrical engineering. He spent 15 years at Honda in Ohio, spearheading advanced product engineering initiatives and leading the North American implementation of Honda's hybrid powertrains. During this time, he also served as a key program leader for the Acura TLX and NSX, and headed the Infotainment engineering team. Since joining SBD in 2017, Robert has been integral to the Connected Car and EV practices, managing large-scale projects for OEMs and Tier 1s. Now serving as Domain Principal for Electrification, he provides global subject matter expertise to diverse projects, supporting clients' journeys in the electric revolution.

Oliver leads the Grid Edge Europe team. He brings a rigorous approach to research with a focus on EV charging modelling and analytics. He is responsible for conducting analyses on the electric<br />vehicle charging market in Europe. He supports research on the competitive market landscape and business models while maintaining relationships with EV charging infrastructure developers,<br />aggregators, utilities, the public sector and other e-mobility stakeholders. Oliver is passionate about providing insights on the E-mobility market through critical assessment of business models and<br />data scrutiny.

Nikolaus Oberkandler is Head of the Division for Electromobility and Charging Infrastructure at the Federal Ministry for Transport, where he has worked since 2012. He is responsible for shaping and coordinating the regulatory, financial and operational framework for major national initiatives such as the 'Deutschlandnetz' fast charging programme, the Masterplan Charging Infrastructure 2030, and federal funding schemes for zero emission buses. His work focuses on creating stable conditions for investment, enabling scalable deployment, and supporting the transition toward reliable nationwide charging and clean transport solutions.

As Vice President of Global Sustainability, Glenn Schmidt is responsible for leading the BMW Group's holistic approach to sustainability across all divisions and regions. In this role he drives the integration of all sustainability dimensions into the corporate strategy as well as defining targets and initiatives to meet the Paris Climate Agreement. The BMW Group has a comprehensive and deep-rooted understanding of sustainability that involves driving innovations along the entire value chain, promoting circular economy as well as embracing a technology-open approach to effectively reduce CO2 emissions.<br />Previously, Glenn was responsible for government and external relations at the BMW Group. In this role over the last five years, he managed the company's global advocacy work based in Munich as well as its representative offices worldwide.<br />Since joining BMW in 2004, Glenn has held numerous international positions within the BMW Group. He has also been responsible for international media relations as well as for business and finance communications. Glenn was also a member of project i, the BMW Group's initial think-tank that led to BMW i and subsequent broad electrification with the company's product portfolio.<br />Prior to joining the BMW Group, Glenn was a consultant specialized in the automotive industry. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Krannert School of Management, Purdue University in West Lafayette, USA.<br />Glenn is originally from Vancouver, Canada, where he completed his undergraduate studies.

Linda Boll is Country Director at Fastned Germany, where she is helping to build a future in which charging an electric car is as effortless and intuitive as charging a smartphone. After studying in Maastricht and London, she spent nearly fi ve years in public affairs, working in Brussels and The Hague on shaping the European energy sector. Since 2021, Linda has focused on expanding fast&#8209;charging infrastructure for electric cars in Germany, working at the intersection of regulation, location development, and business strategy. Her goal: to design charging infrastructure that truly fi ts into people's everyday lives, from clear user experience at the station to reliable, high-speed charging along key corridors. In her role as Country Director, she advocates for framework conditions that make it easier for drivers, cities, and partners to switch to electric mobility at scale. Since December 2025, she has also served as Chair of the newly founded association e-mobility Deutschland e. V..

Carla Ribeiro is a mobility and energy transition leader. A founding member of Volta Trucks, she played a key role in building and scaling one of Europe's most ambitious electric truck companies, leading major strategic partnerships with top logistics players.<br />She is now responsible for Zero Emission Sales in Area Europe at MAN Truck &amp; Bus, driving the adoption of electric transport across the region. Carla brings a strong track record in commercial strategy, ecosystem building, and high-impact dealmaking.

Semih is a technical project manager at CharIN, where he represents the association in special projects focused on charging interoperability. An electric mobility enthusiast, he leads CharIN’s focus groups on charging connection, grid integration and energy, and manages the MCS and cybersecurity working groups. He holds a master’s degree in automotive engineering from TU Berlin, and has experience in electric vehicle project management at Mercedes-Benz and vehicle testing at Bosch.
