Martin Bizot has helped a number of companies to get the benefits out of 3D printing with polymer technologies (FDM, DLP, SLA, SLS). His role as Account Manager at Eplus3D is to guide professionals to get the most out of the SLM technology. He assists them to define the solutions and the equipment that will allow them to obtain the best possible production cost whilst producing parts with outstanding mechanical and cosmetic properties.

Jan Godsell is Dean of LB and Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Strategy at Loughborough University. She is also the founder and Director of the UK Supply Chain and Logistics Excellence Centre (SCALE), part of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Global SCALE network. Her work focuses on the pursuit of more responsible consumption and production through the alignment of product, marketing and supply chain strategy with consumer needs. Jan’s work considers the design of digitally enabled end-to-end supply chains to support responsibility, sustainability, resilience, productivity and a better future of work. As a chartered engineer, Jan has more than three decades of combined industry experience in product development, innovation, supply chain strategy and process improvement working for ICI, Astra Zeneca and Dyson. She has advised government and industry on supply chain strategy and its relationship to industrial and business strategy. Jan is a former member of the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) supply chain resilience advisory group. Jan is also a member of the advisory group for the Made Smarter Innovation (MSI) and the UK National Manufacturing Forum. She is also a member of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Global Futures Council (GFC) for Advanced Manufacturing and Value Chains.

Caroline is the Communications Group lead for the UKLA MWFPSG. She is a chemist by profession who has spent over 15 years in the metalworking fluids industry. Caroline is currently Laboratory Services Manager for a leading lubricants company based in the UK.
