Bob Krebs is an owner and founding member (1997) of Alternative Claims Management (ACM). Mr. Krebs was instrumental in growing ACM from a 3 person claims collection company to a staff of more than 80 people today. Bob helped to refine recovery procedures that ACM uses today to collect physical damage, loss of use and diminution of value for it's clients. Bob has been in the auto rental industry since 1988. Bob resides in San Antonio, Texas with his wife and two dogs, has three children and two grandchildren.

Jeff has been a key player in the car rental industry for over 35 years. He started with Avis in the 1980s and later expanded his Missouri operations to include the Budget and Payless brands. He also expanded to operate the Budget brand in Long Beach, California, which he recently sold after managing it for more than a decade. Jeff is honored to serve as the Chairman of the Avis Budget Payless Licensee Association, having previously held the position of President for two decades. Additionally, he has acquired the Springfield Livestock Marketing Center to complement the long-standing operation of his Missouri cattle ranch. In his limited free time, Jeff indulges in his passions for aviation and travel.

As the Founder & CEO of Hail No, Michael leads the development of innovative weather protection solutions for automotive businesses. Michael also serves as CEO of Embedded Insurance, Inc., an insurtech company. He is an experienced operator with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. Prior to founding Hail No, Michael served as Vice-President & Partner with the Schomp Automotive Group. During his tenure with Schomp, Michael led Corporate Services including; Advertising, Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting, Facilities, Business Development, Construction & Information Technology. Prior to that, Michael was employed by BMW North America and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars NA where he served in various marketing and sales management roles. Michael began his career at Alem International Management, a public relations and marketing agency, which specializes in developing and executing large-scale international events (the Olympic Torch Relay, Invictus Games) and automotive press and consumer launch events. Michael is also an angel investor and consultant to early-stage companies in and adjacent to the automotive industry. He has built a wide-ranging network of professional contacts and serves as a board member for YPO Pikes Peak among other regional organizations. A native of Virginia, Michael and his wife, Abigail live in the Colorado mountains. They have three children, Jack, Raleigh, and Anabelle.

Jeremy Moskowitz is the Executive Vice President of Voyager Global Mobility (VGM), formerly running the company's New York operations. VGM is a rapidly growing mobility supply company that provides professionally managed vehicles in North America to driver and software company partners on the trillion-dollar asset side of the smart mobility industry: ride-hailing, on-demand travel and car sharing. Through its internally operated companies and its wholly owned subsidiaries Buggy TLC (United States), FastTrack Leasing TLC (United States) and Mi Nave (Mexico), VGM partners closely with Uber, Lyft, Via, Didi, Turo and Getaround as it efficiently grows its market share in this hyper-fragmented supply industry. Jeremy received his B.A from Duke University and his M.B.A from the NYU Stern School of Business. He came to Voyager after a ten-year career in global operations at Hillel International, and he resides in New York city with his wife and children.

Don Lefeve is the Executive Director of the American Car Rental Association (ACRA). Prior to ACRA, Lefeve served as Vice-President of Corporate Affairs at Forterra, a leading autonomous technology company, and prior to that as the President & CEO of the Commercial Vehicle Training Association (CVTA), where he delivered increased membership, revenue, and industry influence. ​Throughout his twenty years in government relations, he has had extensive experience representing companies and clients in highly regulated industries such as transportation, education, telecommunications, defense, and homeland security on both the federal and state level. He served on the legislative staff of former United States Senator John Warner and has worked on several Congressional, Senate, and Presidential campaigns. Don holds a B.A. in History from Randolph-Macon College, a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law, and was a 2006 Fellow at the Thomas C. Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership at the University of Virginia. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar.

Christopher L. Craft, CFA, CTP, MBA is President and Chief Operating Officer of the Specialty Finance Group at 1st Source Bank. He leads an equipment finance team with approximately $3.4 billion dollars in loans, that has been continuously focused on vehicle fleet finance, since 1976. Mr. Craft earned his undergraduate management business degree, at Indiana University South Bend and a Master of Business Administration Finance degree, at the University of Notre Dame. He also earned the challenging Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Treasury Professional designations. Mr. Craft currently serves on the Advisory Board of Monitor Suite and is a prior advisory board member to numerous non-profit organizations, including Past Chairman of the Indiana University Alumni Association. He is a frequent university and industry event guest speaker, on leadership, management, sales, finance, and economic matters.

As associate publisher of Automotive Fleet Chris Brown covers all aspects of fleets, transportation, and mobility. Chris produces and emcees Bobit’s annual Fleet Week, which consists of the Global Fleet Conference, Fleet Forward Conference, and Fleet Safety Conference, along with related regional Fleet Forward Tour stops. Since 2006, Chris has also overseen, produced, and emceed the International Car Rental Show, the largest event serving the auto rental industry worldwide. Chris has won publishing awards for editorial excellence including a Jesse H. Neal Award, three Folio: Eddie Awards, and three Maggie Awards. As an internationally recognized expert on fleets and mobility, Chris has spoken at industry events in the U.S., Brazil, Ireland, and China. He has been sourced and quoted in national media such as Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Good Morning America, and National Public Radio.

Jim Wilcox is the President and Owner of Wilcox & Associates, a Sandler Training & Consulting company with offices in Indiana & North Carolina. As a serial entrepreneur and a clinically trained healthcare professional, Jim brings a unique perspective and passion towards business with over 20 years of experience in sales, management/leadership and successful business start-up experience. He has consulted in several start-up companies including one of his own which he successfully grew and sold during his 10-year clinical tenure. It’s this perspective & passion that has propelled Jim and his team to success with clients and within the Sandler organization.
