Né à Drancy dans une famille italienne, Julien Serri est un « cuisïolo » passionné, à la fois cuisinier et pizzaïolo. Formé auprès du Maestro Luigi Smine, il défend avec ferveur les produits artisanaux et locaux. Vice-champion de France de pizza à due en 2018, il est aujourd’hui juge et organisateur du Championnat de France de pizza classique. Le chef a également fondé Magnà, concept de street food napolitaine primé en 2019, ainsi que Baciato, une revisite des casse-croûtes italiens traditionnels. Il met aujourd’hui son expertise au service des professionnels et particuliers via des formations et du consulting, tout en préparant la reprise d’un restaurant mêlant gastronomie française et traditions italiennes.
