With over six years of experience in the field of cyber security, she specializes in conducting security research focusing on vulnerabilities and exploitation. Ofri excels at exploring new technologies and developing solutions to address the latest cyber security threats.

Juan Andrés is VP of Intelligence and Security Research and Senior Technical Fellow (AI & Innovation) at SentinelOne—overseeing security research and AI innovation efforts. JAGS is also an Adjunct Professor and Distinguished Resident Fellow for Threat Intelligence at the Johns Hopkins SAIS Alperovitch Institute. Before joining SentinelOne, JAGS led threat intelligence efforts at Google Chronicle, was a Principal Security Researcher at GReAT focusing on targeted attacks, and served as Senior Cybersecurity and National Security Advisor to the Government of Ecuador. In 2023, JAGS was presented with a Presidential Volunteer Service Award for furthering U.S. cyber preparedness. His research work is the subject of two permanent exhibits at the International Spy Museum in Washington, DC.

Will Lyne is an experienced and internationally respected leader in the field of serious and organised crime. Currently the Head of Economic and Cybercrime at the Metropolitan Police, Will leads the Commands that protect Londoners from threats such as fraud and ransomware. Will has worked in law enforcement since joining the UK National Crime Agency as a trainee investigator in 2010. From 2011 to 2013, Will worked in Afghanistan delivering investigations with local, military and international partners, before joining the National Cyber Crime Unit in 2013. From 2016 to 2020, Will led the NCA’s liaison team and online crime engagement with the FBI based in Washington D.C., USA. Will has led numerous high-profile investigations covering money laundering, fraud, kidnap & extortion and cyber offending. This includes multiple disruptions of the world’s most harmful cybercrime group, EvilCorp, and leading Op Destabilise, the UK’s largest economic crime investigation that dismantled a multi-billion global Russian illicit finance network. Will has also led the development of pioneering artificial intelligence capabilities within the NCA, contributing to the related NPCC national standards. A 2008 graduate of University College London and a 2018 graduate of the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, Will graduated from the College of Policing Executive Leadership Programme in 2025. Alongside his role, Will is studying for a PhD at the University of Cambridge Institute of Criminology, with a thesis focused on online threats.

Sean is an experienced CISO and cloud architect who chairs the Cloud Security Alliance in the UK. With a career that ranges from HE (Warwick) to Fintech (Kraken) his insights are matched only by the accessible nature of his public speaking. He also has the best beard in UK cyber security (and a brilliant sense of humour)

Tom McVey brings a decade of hands-on cybersecurity experience to every conversation, with six of those years spent working directly with Menlo Security and its customers across the EMEA region. A seasoned speaker and practitioner, Tom has built a reputation for making complex topics - from browser security architecture to the governance of AI agents - accessible, relevant, and genuinely compelling. His sessions consistently blend technical depth with an engaging delivery style, rooted in a simple belief: an audience that's energised is an audience that's listening!

Joe Slowik has over 15 years of experience across multiple disciplines in cyber operations and security, spanning the government, military, and commercial sectors. Joe currently works as Director of Cybersecurity Alerting Strategy for Dataminr, while also teaching and advising on threat intelligence and related activities through his company Paralus LLC. Previously, Joe has led operations such as threat intelligence, detection engineering, and threat hunting at organizations such as Los Alamos National Laboratory, the MITRE corporation, Dragos, Huntress, and DomainTools.

Jana is a GRC Analyst at Assurix, a London-based cyber start-up, where she works closely with clients on onboarding and strengthening security practices. Having recently completed her MSc in Cyber Security at Cardiff University, she is passionate about bridging the gap between academia and industry with a particular interest in making cybersecurity pathways more accessible, and supporting greater inclusion of women in STEM. Over the next year on the YAP, Jana hopes to strengthen connections between education and industry while promoting more inclusive and accessible opportunities in cyber security.

Harry is currently completing a Cyber Security degree apprenticeship, gaining hands-on industry experience across Security Operations (SOC), penetration testing and consultancy. He is passionate about promoting accessible pathways into cyber security, particularly through apprenticeships, and looks forward to contributing to the Youth Advisory Panel at the UK Cyber Security Council while encouraging more young people to explore careers in the industry.

Albert Estevez Polo is a cybersecurity seasoned expert with over 25 years of varied experience in networking, systems, and security. Early on in his career, he played a pivotal role in building SCC’s (formerly GE ITS) Managed Security Services division from the ground up, delivering advanced security solutions to Spain’s largest bank. He later established Exclusive Networks’ Catalonia office as Regional Manager, driving the adoption of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions from vendors such as Palo Alto Networks, Infoblox, Imperva, and Cisco IronPort. Recognizing the disruptive potential of Palo Alto Networks, Albert developed the first migration tool to streamline transitions from Cisco, Check Point, Fortinet, and Juniper platforms. This innovation led to his role as the second Professional Services engineer hired globally by Palo Alto Networks, where he has spent the past 14 years supporting customer adoption and solving complex security challenges. His final project at Palo Alto Networks focused on emerging technologies, including quantum computing, passwordless authentication, and microsegmentation strategies, helping organizations stay ahead of evolving cyber threats. This experience led him to join Zero Networks as Field CTO, where he continues to drive innovation in cybersecurity.
