Amar is based in Singapore at the HARMAN Professional Solutions Asia Pacific headquarters. He is a seasoned business and finance leader with more than 20 years of industry experience and expertise in controllership, sales, strategy, mergers &amp; acquisitions in consumer goods, industrial, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications and services. Amar joined HARMAN in 2017 as Finance Director for Professional Solutions APAC. In 2019, he became the Director for Channel Management and Operations and in 2020, his responsibilities expanded to lead the Audio Solutions portfolio for Asia-Pacific. In May 2021, he was promoted to VP &amp; GM for Professional Solutions, APAC. Amar started his finance career at Lucent Technologies and later held leadership positions across domains in Tyco Fire and Security India (now Johnson Controls), Ariston Thermo, Singapore.<br /> <br /> Amar holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Nagpur University, India and is a member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India. In his career, he has excelled in building and managing the large telecom operators, customer service, Operation and Maintenance , presales, and enterprise service delivery. <br /> <br /> A key highlight of Chandan&rsquo;s career has been role in building the 4G/5G setup for Reliance Jio and now in Current role as ProAV System Engineer managing the NETGEAR ProAV business across the APAC and MEA regions. His technical expertise and he is designing the complex solution for NETGEAR ProAV Business and also helping them on Deployments  and helping them with L3 Support cases for this region within SLA and enhancing customer experience, Also providing product Hands-on training to Partners/SIs and Distributors and in Joint collaboration with different AV OEMs.

<p>Chaitanya has had a multi-faceted career in the Media &amp; Entertainment industry. He currently serves as the Vice President of Whistling Woods International &ndash; India&rsquo;s premier Film &amp; Creative Arts institute, where he has been working towards mainstreaming &amp; strengthening Media &amp; Entertainment education in India at all levels of education, as well as strongly advocating for the proliferation of emerging technology innovation in the M&amp;E industry. Over the past 20 years, he has led several academic &amp; technological innovations at Whistling Woods which has resulted in the pioneering of new verticals of education in M&amp;E in India as well as Emerging Technologies like Virtual Production, Virtual Reality &amp; AI. He has also established several Tech Development labs &amp; partnership with M&amp;E tech giants like Sony, Apple, Adobe, Google, Intel, Foxconn, Reliance Jio and others. He has received several awards &amp; much acclaim for his work, including the much-coveted SMPTE Excellence in Education Medal 2024.</p>

With over 20 years of naval experience and a MBA in IT, he has a strong background in cybersecurity, cloud, ICT, telecommunication, operations, leadership, and management.</p>

<p>David Labuskes, CTS, CAE, RCDD, has been the CEO of AVIXA, the trade association representing the commercial audiovisual industry, since January 2013. Since joining AVIXA, Labuskes has worked to promote industry professionalism, expand global programs and raise awareness of AVIXA offerings. He serves on the Board of Directors of Integrated Systems Events, LLC, a joint venture European trade show company, and InfoComm Asia PTE, Ltd., a joint venture company in Singapore operating AVIXA&rsquo;s Asian trade shows. Prior to joining AVIXA, Labuskes served as vice president of RTKL, now a division of ARCADIS, a leading architectural and engineering firm. He is the founder of the company&rsquo;s Technology Design Practice, overseeing the delivery of audiovisual, voice, data, wireless, environmental media, electronic security and acoustics services. Previously, Labuskes served as President and CEO of Premier Technology services, a software and systems design consulting firm, and was Executive Vice President of Accelerated Payment Systems, an electronic payments processing firm. He earned a BA in International Politics from Penn State University and earned an MBA from Loyola University of Maryland.</p>
