Gabriel Benroth graduated from the University of Cincinnati with degrees in both Interior Design and Architecture. As Studio Director, he’s less a traditional director and more a digital alchemist, kit-bashing legacy tech and new tools into an integrated platform that actually functions. From luxury residential to hospitality, he isn’t just designing spaces; he’s building the engine that shepherds our ideas into reality.

Emily Marant is a cultural strategist and curator shaping the dialogue between art, design, and commerce. Founder of Studio Marant and co-founder of French Cliché, her work transforms ideas into experiences that merge cultural depth with contemporary impact. Her approach began with an exploration of the art of multiples—studying the intersections of art and fashion at a time when artists were reimagining commercial objects. This research into editions and limited series evolved into a practice dedicated to creating collectible design pieces and cultural programs that resonate beyond disciplines. In 2015, Emily launched Studio Marant, an ecosystem for strategic design programs and curated cultural initiatives. The Studio partners with brands and institutions to build narratives that are as conceptually rigorous as they are visually striking—bridging strategy, storytelling, and scenography. In 2019, she co-founded French Cliché, a gallery and editor of collectible design, supporting collaborations between artists and artisans to create functional art objects. French Cliché works have been presented internationally at ALCOVA (Milan), COLLECTIBLE (Brussels), THEMA (Paris), ART-O-RAMA (Marseille), The Webster (Miami & New York), Sotheby’s (London), and The Invisible Collection (New York). Over the past decade, Emily has worked with leading cultural and commercial names—including Palais de Tokyo, Cartier, COLLECTIBLE Design Fair, Sonia Rykiel, and the Agence Française pour le Développement d’AlUla ; to conceive programs, exhibitions, and experiences that position design as a cultural driver.  “At its core, our work is grounded in research and intuition, shaped by a respect for the material and cultural histories that inform every project."

Founded by Eleni Petaloti and Leonidas Trampoukis in 2016,Objects of Common Interest engages at the intersection of art, design, and architecture. The studio explores a diverse range of scales, from sculptural objects and installations to immersive environments and public art projects. Based between New York and Athens, Eleni and Leonidas are als o the founding partners of the sibling architectural practice, LOT Office for Architecture. Their work has been exhibited internationally at museums, institutions, galleries, and design fairs – including the Noguchi Museum, MAXXI - National Museum of 21st century, Vitra Design Museum, Design Museum Brussels, Museum für Kunst und Gewerbe Hamburg, Cycladic Museum Athens, Musée des Beaux - Arts de Québec, Biennale Interieur, Chicago Architecture Biennial, Italian Culture City Organization, International Olympic Committee, Collection Thierry Barbier -bMueller, Nilufar Gallery Milan, Etage Projects Copenha gen, Nicoletta Fiorucci Foundation and Delvis (UN)Limited Gallery , among others. The studio has a wide range of collaborations, commissions and acquisitions with global clients such as OPEN AI, Kvadrat, Jimmy Choo, Valextra, Instagram, Rimowa, Gucci, Max Mara, Dooor, Tacchini, CC -Tapis, Charlotte Chesnais, Marsell, Bitossi, and Technogym among others. Objects of Common Interest was formed with a focus on creating still life installations, experiential environments, and sculptural objects —anchored by a deep fascination with materiality, conceptual exploration, and tangible spatial experiences. Their work bridges the contrasting i nfluences of Greece andNew York, blending cultural narratives into unified forms. In 2023, the studio was commissioned by the Italian Cultural Capital for the main public art installation in Bergamo, Lights On, and haspresented public art projects such as the Flatiron Plaza installation in New York. Eleni and Leonidas received the Wallpaper Design Award 2026 for Best Scene Stealers*. They were also named Designers of the Year by the Elle Deco International Design Awards (EDIDA) in 2024. Their recognition includes consecutive listings in the AD100 among the world’s top designers and architects, serving as judges for the Wallpaper Design Awards in 2023*, and being honored as Designers of the Year by Wallpaper in 2022*. They also received the Design Studio of the Year Prize at the Dezeen Awards Public Vote 2022 and the Design Prize for Experimentation by Designboom in 2021.

The Grand Tourist podcast and print magazine explores the greatest tastemakers in the world of luxury today, from world class chefs to experimental architects. For more than 150 audio episodes, Rubinstein has used his access and unique design lens to explore the worlds of fashion, art, interior design, travel, food, and culture. In 2026, the hardcover print title The Grand Tourist will be published biannually, in April/May and October.

Behnaz Farahi is an award winning designer and critical maker. She is an Assistant Professor at MIT Media Lab where she leads the Critical Matter research group. She holds a PhD in Interdisciplinary Media Arts and Practice from USC. Her work addresses critical issues such as feminism, emotion, perception and social interaction. Farahi has won several awards including the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum  Digital Design Award, Innovation By Design Fast Company Award, World Technology Award. She is a co-editor of an issue of AD, ‘3D Printed Body Architecture’ and 'Interactive Design: Towards a Responsive Environment'.

Jill Singer is the co-founder and editor-in-chief of the highly influential online design magazine Sight Unseen as well as co-author of the acclaimed interior design book, How to Live With Objects (Clarkson Potter, 2022). In her work as both a writer and curator, Singer has helped launch the careers of countless independent designers. Her writing on design has also appeared in PIN-UP, New York Magazine, T: The New York Times Style Magazine, W Magazine, GQ, Elle Décor, and more. On Substack, she writes Counter Space, a new design and shopping Substack about what we want and why we want it.

Jonathan Bowles is executive director of the Center for an Urban Future, a leading NYC-based think tank focused on building a stronger and more equitable economy in New York City, and expanding economic opportunity for all New Yorkers. During his more than 25 years at the organization, he has been the architect of the Center’s policy agenda and is responsible for making it one of New York’s most innovative and influential policy groups. His research has focused on a range of topics that are important to New York’s future, including strengthening the city's creative industries, boosting student and career success for CUNY students, expanding access to tech careers, and supporting low-income entrepreneurs, increasing hours at the city's public libraries. In 2024, he was named one of the 100 most powerful people in New York City politics and policy by City and State NY. He and his family live in Queens.

Faith Rose is principal at O’Neill Rose Architects, an award winning design firm with projects ranging from single family dwellings to cultural and educational facilities. From 2004 to 2014 Faith directed New York City's Design Excellence Program at the Department of Design and Construction under the Bloomberg Administration. In 2014 Mayor de Blasio appointed Faith Executive Director of New York City’s Public Design Commission, which reviews and approves capital projects on city owned property, including architecture, landscape architecture, urban planning and industrial design.  In 2016 Faith stepped down from public office to focus on running the firm with her partner, Devin O’Neill. Faith has been recognized for her leadership in the profession.  She has been awarded both AIANY Public Architect Award and the AIANYS President’s Award.  Faith has written and spoken widely about the design of public spaces.  She has participated in the Mayor’s Institute on City Design in 2018 and 2016, and the MAS Summit ‘The City We Want.’  She recently co-authored  ‘Mapping Community; Public Investment in New York City’, a publication based on an exhibit she co-curated of the same name From 2015-2019 Faith was the Secretary of the Board of the Architect’s Institute of America New York Chapter. She is currently the founding director of the Design Studies Collaborative non-profit.

Erick Calderon is an entrepreneur, artist, and technology enthusiast based in Houston, TX. He worked in the ceramic tile industry until he began exploring artistic endeavors in many mediums, including video projections, computer code, 3D printing, and sculpture. He founded Art Blocks in 2020 with the release of his first generative project, The Chromie Squiggle, and his creative coding work has subsequently been exhibited and collected internationally.

Sabrina Lippman is a real estate executive and housing leader focused on expanding access to homeownership across New York City and Westchester County. As CEO of Habitat for Humanity New York City & Westchester, she leads the organization’s work building and preserving homeownership opportunities for working-class families through development, financing, and policy, strengthening the broader housing continuum. Sabrina brings over two decades of experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Prior to Habitat, she served as Senior Vice President at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, where she oversaw a 64-million-square-foot portfolio and secured over $500 million in public subsidies for major redevelopment projects. She has also held leadership roles at Westfield, Cushman & Wakefield, and Simon Property Group, and previously led philanthropic efforts during her first tenure at Habitat. A proud Latina born and raised in Queens, Sabrina is a recognized voice in housing policy and inclusive economic growth. She has been honored by Crain’s New York Business (40 Under 40), El Diario (Mujeres Destacadas), and Professional Women in Construction (Top 20 Under 40), and is a published author in City Limits. She holds a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from Cornell University, a Management Certificate from the Simon Business School, and a BA in Economics and History from the University of Rochester.

Sara Caples, AIA, is co-founder and principal of Caples Jefferson Architects, an award-winning New York City–based practice whose work bridges design excellence and social equity. Since founding the firm in 1987, she has led projects that create inclusive, community-centered cultural spaces, including the Queens Theatre, the Weeksville Heritage Center, and the Louis Armstrong Center. Trained in art history and architecture, Caples is also an educator and frequent lecturer at institutions including University of Cambridge, University of Miami, and Yale University, and co-author of Many Voices: Architecture for Social Equity, reflecting her ongoing commitment to design that enriches public life.

Emanuel Admassu is a practicing architect, urbanist, and assistant professor at Columbia University. His work explores the intersections of animism and urbanism, with a special focus on Africa and its diaspora. Admassu is founding partner of AD—WO, an art and architecture practice based in New York.

Nicholas Baker is an American designer born and raised in North Carolina. After graduating from Savannah College of Art and Design, Baker began his professional career designing for a pet company and freelancing in his spare time. In 2017, Baker moved to New York City to start his design studio. Today, Nicholas Baker Studio focuses on designing furniture, lighting, housewares, and everyday objects. Nicholas Baker Studio was founded with one simple philosophy: design objects that embrace a delightful future.

Treger Strasberg is the founder of Humble Design, a national nonprofit that furnishes homes for families exiting homelessness. She is a social entrepreneur, advocate, and Emmy-nominated TV personality known for her work in design and empathy-driven community support.

Wood has two decades of experience working for leading architecture practices in Melbourne and New York. Her approach to design and project management draws from her extensive experience leading environmentally ambitious projects. Wood is a founding principal of AD—WO and a registered architect in the state of New York.
