Alexandra Pitts is Program Manager for Interior Design in the Department of Design and Construction at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), where she has led interior design strategy, standards, and implementation for complex healthcare projects since 2019. She serves on the Marquam Hill Art Committee, chairs the Wayfinding Committee, and serves on OHSU’s Physical Access Committee, supporting ADA compliance, equity, and service excellence. She is co-author of Research-Inspired Design: A Step-by-Step Guide for Interior Designers and brings a background in Anthropology and Interior Architecture, bridging healthcare design and social science to improve patient experience, staff wellbeing, access, and clinical performance.

Hunter Carlson leads strategic advisory services at Covalus, partnering with health systems on major strategic development, capital investments, and delivery models for complex healthcare projects. With more than 15 years of executive healthcare strategy experience, he focuses on developing programs and executing owner priorities, including delivering full programs, lifecycle economics, and operational performance. Hunter has led and managed over $5B in healthcare strategy and capital assets and holds formal training and two master's degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Keeli Stith, DNP, is a senior healthcare operations leader at OhioHealth, overseeing all operational, support, and shared services at Dublin Methodist and Grady Memorial Hospitals, as well as Dublin Cancer Center, Delaware Health Center, and the Lewis Center Free-Standing Emergency Department. Reporting directly to the hospital president, she drives financial stewardship, service efficiency, and alignment with system strategy. A nurse by training, Dr. Stith leads from a patient-centered, customer-service perspective, translating how every discipline impacts care delivery. Her background includes critical care nursing, nurse education, nurse practitioner practice, and more than a decade of hospital leadership experience.

Bryan Langlands is a principal and senior medical planner with NBBJ in NYC. His clients include NYU Langone Health, Atrium Health, Nationwide Children’s, Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Massachusetts General Hospital, Jefferson Health, Penn Med, Geisinger Health, NY Health + Hospitals, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, University of Rochester Medical Center and Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Bryan is a member of the HGRC (Health Guidelines Revision Committee) for the 2026 Edition of the FGI (Facility Guidelines Institute) Guidelines and sits on the Board of Regents for the American College of Healthcare Architects.

Stephen Powell is a Vice President of Program Management at Meadows & Ohly, where he leads complex healthcare capital programs across the United States. With deep experience in hospital expansions, medical office buildings, ambulatory care, and campus master planning, Stephen is known for integrating Lean, collaborative delivery, and people-centered leadership into project execution. He partners closely with health system executives, clinicians, and project teams to align strategy, culture, cost, and outcomes—delivering facilities that support long-term operational and community goals.

Dr. Susan O’Hara, nurse scientist, is NBBJ’s clinical innovation leader for research and evidence-based design. Her research and practice focus on innovation, staff wellbeing, and healthcare adaptations to space with national and international presentations on various healthcare built environments, cocreating a scale measuring innovation, and healthcare staff burnout and stress.

Jennifer Aliber is a consulting principal at Shepley Bulfinch, where she specializes in master planning, programming, and planning. Jennifer is particularly interested in rethinking the organization of hospitals and innovative architectural solutions that improve efficiency, flexibility, and enhance that patient and staff experience. Her clients include Brigham and Women’s Hospital, University of Texas, and Yale New Haven Health. Jennifer is a fellow of the AIA and American College of Healthcare Architects. She has served as chair of the ACHA Examination Committee and on the boards of the Academy of Architecture for Health and Build Health International. She is a graduate of Amherst College and received her Master of Architecture from Princeton.

Clarissa is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and an Associate at Sizeler Thompson Brown Architects specializing in institutional and healthcare design. She is board certified by the American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA) and has extensive professional experience on healthcare projects in the New Orleans metropolitan area. Her work focuses on planning and design of healthcare environments to meet client program and operational requirements. Clarissa also holds the Evidence-Based Design Accredited and Certified (EDAC) credential.
