James Cummins is a National Account Executive at Exeros Technologies, specialising in automotive camera systems and telematics. He works closely with fleet operators across the UK to reduce risk, improve driver safety and lower operational costs through intelligent, data-led solutions. With a background across SaaS, fleet and recruitment, he brings a practical understanding of both commercial growth and real-world challenges. James is known for his straightforward, consultative approach, helping businesses move beyond compliance-led thinking towards proactive safety and performance. His focus is on technologies that prevent incidents and deliver measurable impact.

David has dedicated his entire career to the transport and logistics industry, specialising in compliance, health and safety, and training. Currently chief executive of Driver First Assist (DFA), an initiative he launched at the Commercial Vehicle Show in 2014. DFA collaborates with the emergency services to train drivers in incident management and life-saving first aid at road traffic collisions. DFA is supported by the Department for Transport and delivers training to National Highways, DVSA, and fleet operators across all sectors. David holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Logistics and Transport.

Rik Wenham is a leading authority in road risk reduction and transport safety, best known for his tenure as Head of the Metropolitan Police Commercial Vehicle Unit, the largest unit of its kind in Europe. During his leadership, Rik spearheaded a comprehensive review of the unit's operational effectiveness, driving a groundbreaking shift from a traditional enforcement-led model to one centered on engagement, education, and collaboration with industry. He is the architect of the multi-award-winning Toolbox Talk, which he oversaw his team deliver to over 70,000 transport professionals across the UK. This groundbreaking and innovative approach to driver engagement played a pivotal role in achieving a 62% reduction in commercial vehicle-related road deaths in London, alongside a 12% reduction nationally, sustained for 3 years. Following the closure of the CVU, Rik transitioned into the private sector, where he now operates as a road risk consultant and qualified Transport Manager. He works closely with organisations to elevate compliance standards, embed safer operational practices, and deliver measurable safety outcomes. Beyond policy and performance, Rik is a passionate advocate for the people behind the wheel. He champions driver wellbeing, mental health awareness, and suicide prevention within the transport industry, recognising that safer roads start with supported, empowered individuals. With a career defined by innovation, measurable impact, and unwavering commitment, Rik Wenham continues to be a powerful voice and driving force for positive change across the transport sector.

Tony Travers is a Visiting Professor in LSE Department of Government, Associate Dean of the LSE School of Public Policy and Director of LSE London. His key research interests include local and regional government, elections and public service reform. Professor Travers' knowledge is frequently sought by policymakers and he has advised a range of select committees and think tanks. He also provides expert analysis for broadcast and print media, regularly appearing on major television and radio networks. Tony is chair of the British Government@LSE research group and regularly provides political analysis on the LSE Government YouTube channel. He has also written several books, including 'London's Boroughs at 50'.

Josh Clamp is a Registered Nutritionist (MSc), Ultra Endurance Runner & Men's Health Champion. He collaborates with businesses, charities & individuals to optimise health, wellbeing & performance.

Sergio Barata heads Europe and Middle East Africa business for Netradyne Technology. In this capacity, he works with fleet, logistics, supply chain and HSE leaders on digital transformation of fleet & driver safety initiatives. Having spent many years at Telogis and subsequently Verizon Connect, Sergio brings with him a wealth of experience in scaling SaaS based businesses across Europe.
