Jack Doyle is the fifth generation President & CEO of Doyle Security Systems, Inc, Founded in 1919, family owned and operated, Doyle security is the 22nd largest security company in the United States. Jack is active in the alarm industry including board roles in NY Electronic and Life Safety Association, TMA & SIAC. Jack is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University and lives in Rochester, NY with his wife and 3 kids.

Jeff Kahn is the Vice President of Wayne Alarm Systems and has been with the company since January 2011. Jeff’s leadership has ushered in an unprecedented level of customer support and growth by aggressively building and empowering his team of professionals. Jeff spent 15 years at a local Dynamark Security Center office after a chance encounter with the owner resulted in a career change from nine years in the restaurant business. Prior to joining Wayne Alarm, Jeff worked with a local startup full-service security company first as a Salesperson before his promotion to Sales Manager. Jeff is a Native of Worcester, MA and a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Scott R. Elkins is CEO of Zeus Fire and Security, a network of leading fire and security providers. Zeus’ footprint includes Alert Alarm of Hawaii, Independent Alarm of New Jersey, PASS Security of Missouri, SMG Security of Illinois, Martin Systems of Wisconsin, Gallaher of Tennessee, and UAS of Pennsylvania. Elkins is the former owner and a 30-plus-year employee of UAS, a national provider of fire and security services in a wide variety of vertical markets including restaurants, retail, and outdoor equipment yards. Zeus maintains two monitoring centers including the 2021 TMA SMB Monitoring Center of the Year at UAS in Paoli, PA and an additional monitoring center in Honolulu, HI.

After receiving his Ph.D. at age 25, Dr. Reichman founded Ai-RGUS. With over 24 university publications, Dr. Reichman obtained his doctorate in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Duke University from a program fully funded by the US Army Research Office. Before Duke, he graduated from the fully funded program at The Cooper Union in New York City, with his Masters and Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. Over the years, Dr. Reichman has successfully completed consulting projects including the development of software to assist reading more than 10,000 pages that needed to be summarized for a book. His passion is to develop algorithms to improve quality of life by automating routine tasks.

Don Morrow is the founder and CEO of HighlandTech, an AI transformation partner building custom AI agents and agentic software that automate business workflows. Based in Atlanta, Don is especially focused on the physical security industry and positions himself as a leading voice in AI for PHYSEC through his podcast, AI PHYSEC TODAY, newsletter, and learning community and events. Don blends enterprise sales leadership with hands-on AI expertise, helping businesses cut through hype, avoid wasted spend, and deploy practical AI systems that solve real operational problems. Don is also building Electra, an AI AgentOS for physical security teams.

Dallas Cowboys Legend Daryl “Moose” Johnston will take to the Main Stage to kick things off as General Session speaker at ESX 2026. The former fullback and three-time Super Bowl Champion knows what it takes to win – both on and off the field. He will be a powerfully inspirational speaker during the General Session at ESX 2026, which will be held June 1st through 4th at the Irving Convention Center in Irving, Texas. “Daryl Johnston’s genius wasn’t in the spotlight—it was in making Emmitt Smith unstoppable.” says George De Marco, ESA Chairman “That’s exactly the leadership mindset our industry needs right now. He was the general manager of the San Antonio Commanders of the Alliance of American Football (AAF) in 2019, the director of player personnel for the Dallas Renegades of the XFL in 2020, and served as the executive vice president of football operations for the revived incarnation of the USFL for its inaugural season, its president for the USFL’s second season, and returned for two more years to the executive vice president role when the USFL merged with the XFL to form the United Football League. Johnston will unpack the habits that can turn quiet potential into confident performance and that create a culture where people take ownership because they feel seen. A leading fullback for the Dallas Cowboys, Johnston is truly a team player and was the main blocker relied upon by all-time NFL rushing leader and Cowboy’s Star playmaker Emmitt Smith. David Selinger was an early employee at Amazon, working directly under Jeff Bezos. He led the R&D arm of Amazon’s data-mining and personalization team. He co-founded Redfin (now a multi-billion dollar company) and founded RichRelevance, a company that offers personalized shopping experiences for large retail brands, including Macy’s, Barneys New York, Office Depot and others. He is now inventing the next BIG thing in home security.
