Nicole Pike is one of the sports and gaming sector's most respected experts, boasting 20+ years of experience in consulting, custom research, brand tracking, and sponsorship measurement in the space. She has built her career collaborating with major players in the industry to build meaningful data streams and insights, in turn shaping industry standards for measurement, specifically within esports. Pike joined YouGov to build the future of the company’s analytics in esports and gaming, and now leads the company's dynamic sports and gaming practice area globally, working with her team and clients to expand the value of some of the industry’s deepest and most sophisticated research tools.

Megan Van Petten is the managing director of the Esports Trade Association (ESTA), a national organization dedicated to advancing the business, education and infrastructure of the esports industry through collaboration, live events, research and workforce initiatives. Through programs including the EsportsNext Conference, the ESTA Leadership Lab, publications and strategic partnerships, Van Petten has helped position ESTA as a connector between esports, education, tourism, hospitality, and economic development. Prior to leading ESTA, she was recognized as one of HuffPost’s Top 5 Most Influential Women in Fantasy Sports and served in leadership roles focused on industry growth, community engagement, and organizational development. She holds a master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology and brings a leadership approach centered on collaboration, innovation and long-term ecosystem development.

Todd Harris is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in product startups, specializing in video games and esports for the past 20 years. After working in leadership roles at FinTech companies, he co-founded Hi-Rez Studios, where as COO he grew the company to 450 employees and attracted 150 million players before a successful exit. Currently serving as CEO of Resurgens Gaming, Harris oversees a gaming media company that includes Skillshot Media, Ghost Gaming, Ghost Game Development Launchpad, and the Georgia Esports League. Under his leadership, Resurgens has generated over 1 billion esports content views, built a 37 million-strong social media following, and distributed more than $10M in competitive esports prizing. Harris also chairs several influential esports organizations: the United States Esports Federation, which represents the U.S. in international competitions; NASEF, which promotes scholastic esports for K-12 students globally; and the Atlanta Esports Alliance, focused on establishing Atlanta as a global esports hub. His contributions to the industry were recognized when he was named "2019 Most Admired CEO" by the Atlanta Business Chronicle . He is also a board member of the newly formed USA Esports.

Mike Greco is the director of sales for the Sports Division at Northstar Meetings Group. In his role, he manages and develops strategic partnerships/accounts for the Sports Division's global product portfolio: TEAMS Conference + Expo, EsportsTravel Summit, TEAMS Europe, SportsTravel Leadership Forum, and SportsTravel media and marketing, covering over 15 markets. Greco specializes in bringing together partners, sports organizations and key stakeholders to create mutually beneficial opportunities in sports.

Brandon Henriquez is the founder of Video Game Amateurs (VGA), a New York City-based gaming, esports and youth development company focused on building community-centered events, scholastic programming and digital pathways for young people. Through VGA, he has helped lead partnerships and programming with organizations including the NYC Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment, NYC Public Schools, DYCD and brand partners such as ASUS ROG, Red Bull, Microsoft and Nike. His work spans live event production, collegiate and scholastic esports development, youth engagement, and citywide gaming initiatives, including the New York City Video Game Festival, Power Up Festival, and the New York City Collegiate Esports Circuit. He is passionate about creating opportunities for students, schools and communities to engage with gaming not just as entertainment, but as a platform for education, competition, creativity, and career exposure.
