At Cisco, he led global reverse logistics operations, earning Gartner’s Top Supply Chain recognition. As CEO of RecirQ, he scaled revenue from $27M to $116M in five years. With a master’s degree in Reverse Logistics and advisory board experience, Rich is a respected voice in commercial circular transformation.

Peter C. Evans is a globally recognised authority on digital platforms, marketplace strategy and ecosystem design, with over 20 years’ experience advising corporations worldwide. He is Senior Advisor at Capital Growth Partners and co-founder of the Circular Fractional Network, with a growing focus on circular platforms and recommerce models. A PhD graduate of MIT, he co-chairs the MIT Platform Strategy Summit and regularly contributes thought leadership on digital transformation, platform economics and emerging technologies shaping the future of circular enterprise.

Catherine leads complex transformation projects through strategic engagement with stakeholders, communities and those most impacted by change. She is the Project Engagement Lead (NSW) for Energy Australia where she helps to build sustainable social license, delivering genuine social impact and repairing critical relationships. She has led initiatives such as siting Australia's radioactive waste facility, managing the removal of asbestos-contaminated homes, and addressing environmental concerns like the brumby population in the Snowy Mountains. She has navigated sensitive issues like Queensland's debt challenges and facilitated the introduction of light rail in a car-centric city like Canberra.
